“Ankida Ridge 2015 Brut - Blanc de Blancs” - A Sparkling Wine of 100% Chardonnay made in the traditional Méthode Champenoise style.  Bright notes of green apple, pear and a touch of citrus combine to create a brilliantly fresh, lively Brut. The wine was barrel aged in neutral French oak for 9 months, then bottle aged for nearly 18 months before disgorgement.
